You do not need special licenses or paperwork to purchase from our company. If you are interested in wholesale prices, we will require minimum orders and business verification documents. This is done to protect retailers and high volume dealers of our products, Please do not inquire about wholesale prices unless you have the appropriate paperwork, and are willing to place an initial opening order of $1000 US Dollars, plus shipping and handling charges from the factory.

There are several things that you can do to make you're making the right choices when purchasing products. Purchase the color rings for appropriate products, purchase hair and test the quality for yourself. Get the proper training before any application.

If I buy online, can I be at risk of unauthorized charges or identity theft?
No. Our server is secure, and your credit card number is encrypted. We don't even get to see that number after processing your order.

Yes we take all forms of payment, including personal checks and money orders. US Dollars Only. 10 day hold on most checks. item will not be shipped until check clears.
I selected options with an up charge and that means my price will be different from what I see at checkout. How will I know the final amount?
On the Order Form Page there should be a button for each option, but if not, calculate price, email for verification, and we will bill your credit card and forward an updated invoice to you.
For lace front units and wig pieces, can you keep my custom template and hair samples so I can reorder quickly?
Yes we prefer to. If we have your template and color on file at the factory, your next order can begin production within a day or two, saving a lot of time.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?
All Sales are Final. No, refunds and exchanges are not offered at the moment. This is due to the high quality and cheap prices of the lace frong wigs. Mostof these wigs are Sales and Clearance items. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than our competitors!

How do I measure my head for a custom made wig?

What is the difference between a lace front and a full lace wig?
A lace front wig has adjustable straps in the back, and therefore cannot be worn in a high ponytail with the back showing. While the full lace wig is lace all around, and can be worn up in a high ponytail. Both wigs can be parted anywhere, anyhow, and both offer a natural look.
What type of shipping do you have avalaible?
We ship all our items with FedExor Post Office Certified Mail. We currently offer FedEx Express Saver as well as FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.
Why are your prices so much lower than other companies with comparable products?

When will I receive my wig?
Wigs in the lace front wigs section ship out within 15-30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you want to know when a wig will ship, please email the wig name and the color you're interested in to wearitis1@yahoo.com or bounlimitedservices@yahoo.com. The exception to this are the Sales and Clearance Items, they ship in 2 business days.
How long do the hairpieces and hair extensions last?
This depends on many factors. Your design choice, and how you personally take care of extension and hair replacement pieces.
I want a color that isn't on your color chart, what do I do?
At the current moment, only colors that are on the color chart are available. Custom colors will be available sometime in the future.
What is Indian Remy Hair?
Indian hair is currently the best hair on the market for wigs and weaves. It comes in different textures. These include straight, curly and wavy. The Indian hair is similar to relaxed African American Hair and it is very recommended for African Americans.
Do you offer instructions on how to wear my wig?
Yes, instructions on how to wear your lace front wig will be included along with your order. You will also receive information on how to take the best care of your wig. These 2 things will help increase the life span of your wig.You can also receive a video if you choose to for a fee of $ 20.00
What should I do when the hair in my system gets dry?
Because the hair in a hair system is not continuously wicking nature?s oils from the sebaceous glands, it will eventually become dry and brittle. We offer a variety of products to help alleviate this problem. Unfortunately, science has not yet developed protection for the hair as good as your own natural sebum. Shampoos have a tendency to burn dry, brittle hair. We recommend from time to time instead of using shampoo to cleanse the hair system, use a deep conditioning treatment, followed by shampoo on your own growing hair.
How can I style my new hair without damaging it?
Heat and friction are two of the most damaging elements. We highly recommend not blow drying but rather allowing the hair to air dry. Remember, the drying process is the setting process. After the hair is blotted by the towel simply direction it in the desired style and allow it to dry naturally.
Can you put highlights in my hair system?
Absolutely, highlights are a standard rather then the exception at Wear It Is, Inc. We recommend color graduation in every hair system for a more natural look. If you really examine most people?s natural growing head of hair you?ll notice that only rarely does a person have the exact same color throughout their head. Most times there is some level of natural color graduation
What is Remy hair again?
Remy Hair is human hair, but it is handled and processed much differently. First, Remy uses only the finest quality and most beautiful human hair in the world. Secondly, Remy hair is cut from the head and specially tagged "root end first" and throughout the entire manufacturing process, the hair is carefully kept in order. This process eliminates common problems normally associated with all other human hair systems such as tangling, matting, dullness, feel, and especially strength.
With the traditional manufacturing process the cuticle layer (outer layer) of the hair is the cause of the above problems. When the hair is examined under a microscope the cuticle layer looks like the bark of a palm tree and when the hair gets wet the shaft swells and the cuticle opens creating "horny barks."
Through the normal manufacturing process the hair is blended, hackled, and ventilated. This process leaves the hair cuticle going in opposite directions and unless the it's removed through an acid bath it will tangle and matte when wet.
The acid bath which cannot totally remove the cuticle degrades the hair shaft and leaves it weaker and brittle, which eventually causes breakage and hair loss. Without the cuticle layer the hair will reflect light slightly different than growing hair with the cuticle layer in tact. Also, hair without the cuticle layer intact will oxidize (change color) faster than hair with the cuticle.
With your own natural, growing hair all the cuticles are facing up, in the same direction, which prevents the tangling and matting problems when the hair is wet.
The cuticle layer of the hair will be left in tact and all cuticles will be lying in the same direction when the hair system is complete.
Can you match my very fine hair?
You bet! At Wear It Is, Inc, we always try to choose the closest texture and disposition to your own growing hair, although it is not always possible.
What are bleached knots and why are they used?
For each single hair that is tied to the lace material, the pigment is removed from the knot to make them less visible.
Can I have bleached knots if my hair and skin are dark colored?
Yes, bleaching the knot will cause it to lose most of its color and become nearly translucent. However, you can only have bleached knots when you are wearing a full lace or lace front hair system..
What Kind of Knots should I order?
Knotting for hair systems is extremely technical and is in itself a vocational discipline. It is wise for the consumer to allow the experts to make these choices. The specific ventilation and knotting technique can vary greatly depending on the style requirements.
